i wonder where i should look to find others who also look after that which i search for.
that is, looking back on the last century, as compared to centuries before it and how those centuries also compared to their previous centuries in turn, and comparing the comparisons as well, to get a follow on the larger patterns.
like, it would seem science and art of a generation follows what they were exposed to since/as children, as if treating it like numbers, a far greater amount of children were exposed to copious information in this century via radio and TV than people in the same part of any previous century. so like a good surfer i want to be ready for the next wave coming up so i can ride it instead of getting rolled over if caught unawares.
has the information become too corrupted for the speed at which its spread has grown? internet nowadays even to compared when i was younger doesn't seem to be doing much more for this generation than the previous. is the long awaited Singularity, when science reaches a progression to reveal the roots so desperately sought to begin with that all the ways and tools of science will unravel their own usefulness? Say we figure out how to make replicators. is that on the agenda? or is warfare really the ultimate human endeavor? it would seem so, everyone is so obsessed with it.
Heh, it would seem the god of war has grown old and grasps feebly at the passing generations. i doubt it. the god of war would know the ebb and flow of social tides, and would know when his time was in and out...
ugh, human beings. you give power to a destroyer, a dismantler and they brand you evil, when you could give the same power to a farmer or creator and they crown you good. And thats that. thats the final level any human seems to be able to get to, they don't see evil and good as the same thing. sources of activity that get things done, or undone, as things keep moving through and around eachother. you can't control things from a side of good or evil, as humans would call it. If you want to control then you can't be biased when it comes to what you are doing.
people just see how things are affecting them or their environment (or even how they are told its happening) and go with good or bad, can't get past that. why not?
do people assume we'd stop hugging eachother and slapping high fives if everyone stopped punching eachother?

watching my roommates all get sick with the same thing, from person to person, gives me the picture that there is an invisible being, a scientist or at least field operative, invisible to us but is gaging the contents of our stomachs for some research data, and his actual process requires the stomachs to be empty and thus all the puking.
also musing today, by cimparing this sickness (which has the components of violent puking and diarheaa and back pain) and looking a t other flu's and colds, and wondered if there is a big pool of "symptoms" that get randomly slapped together and tracked in their dispersal patterns through humans. if we have all these gentecists, why not send around a virus that, say, gives you the sensation of being a rainbow or synthastesia or imagine if getting a cold was like being really stoned for a day instead of awefully sick?
i find it weird that our world LACKS these nicer ends of the balance, which just goes to show that our world isn't run on any sort of balance at all, i don't think, i mean nothing portrays actual balance that i know of.

i also wrote that we humans are all gods, and that the rest of the universe is studying us, trying to figure out that by even giving everyone a similar form how we are at eachothers throats, that we've all been studied here by things that get along and generally do not understand how we keep being so self destructive all the time while shitting out art and music.
music is just amazing. its late...
