no seriously, when do you think optometrists will be gaging our eyesight on how many pixels we can distinguish at a certain resolution. Heh.
Imagine having your senses heightened, upgraded per say, where you can hear at much more sensitivity and distance, Where you can see so finely that your observation level increases because of it.
I still think just giving people some kind of built in calculator would be magnificent. A virus or something that targeted specific brain firings that had to do with logic/math, making people at least be able to do math. Universal languange then gives you ground for....
universal getting alongness! With technological advancement, we could all be space hippies.
an Ai would have to figure stuff out from simple commands, meaning: programming depends on perspective. A program could be made, that when asked a question such as where iwll that car land if i hit it with a miss aisle from ehre, it would build an equation then fill it in with data from its inputting sensors. Shape recognition combined with directed aim can translate to distance of the car, then the average weight of cars of that type/size, known speed and acceleration and such from the fired weapon, location of the firer etc, all to plot where the car will land. Then tell you. OK so the car is a bad analogy. How about this: You ask a robot where this apple will land.
I still think creating a symbiote of plant and robot will lay claim to some kind of super sweet deal.
I told you i was reconsidering college. I am actually intersted, INTERESTED, in learning about plants and botany, plant biology and manipulation, along with higher robotics training. Robotics and PLant Biology. I could devote my time to this. I would like to, i think. If i could get a place to live, and some student loans, i would so goto college. Even if i couldn't get the damn degrees....
the only advantage to getting the degrees is being able to get some kind of paid position for it....
but i bet i could target the classes i wanted, and not have to worry about things. Get in with the professor perhaps, maybe the janitors, see if i can't get some one on one with experts who can teach me faster than a slow class. But i have to get up to speed on the basics first...so i'll have to start at the beginning of the plant branch. Robotics; not the beginning at all. I would be learning about microchip programming, possibly on my own (its actually quite easy), and researching materials and textiles because my ultimate goal is: duh, plant-machine integration. I'd have to understand and perhaps even pursue my own materials.
Plant biology also includes its biochemistry, and the genetics, and plant growing etc. Everything there is to know about plants; they're just like machines anyways.
There is so much i want to learn, and i think i can do it, regardless of my situation. This has been on my "heart?" but definitely my mind for a long, long while. Actually, i first considered it back when i actually did decide to goto BCC back in the day, i had picked up the initial application and class booklet and saw "botany" and enrolled, only to find out that the class had been cancelled.
That really took my steam out of BCC by the way, because no other classes interested me that i had to take except physics, and i didn't even manage to get into the physics class because of work schedules. Oooooo!
Outrage at stuff, i know. Sorry i guess. But really. I know i could at least pose as a student to goto classes. I should go look up some colleges for the plant stuff, see what area has the best, perhaps oldest teachers and youngest teachers, and experts.
ya see, i'm savin up all this money so that i can immerse myself in an endeavor like this without having to worry about the hassle of rent or a job right away.
Because, if nothing else; at least i'll be doing what i enjoy.
so this is my mind currently.
i shall return later. i'd like some feedback on this one.
Your friend (perhaps relative of some kind) Peter strongly desires going to a college to learn about plants and robotics. He is awefully crazy, but i like him anyways. I hope that _____.
fill in the blank!
ok bye.
