i got carried away writing something with a different tact, and after rereading it i managed to do it all in the present tense. It doesn't read smoothly, it feels weird, so i was gonna email it out but i gotta edit it tommorow before i do.

But i like the way it flows, and i think i can make it work as an opening to a story.

whew, i got so much swimmin round my noggin its hard to keep it all straight and knotted at the same time.
