Marksmanship Training, go!

So you have people with guns running around everywhere, but nobody can aim.

see, no one has a problem with gangs shooting at eachother, it seems the problem is they keep missing and hitting the bystanders. So we should teach marksmanship in schools, starting early early. Every kid. See if some idgit moron wants to come shoot up the school with the threat of retaliatary fire.

And dueling. what happened to dueling? Seriously, quickest way to get rid of the loud-mouths. Especially with the possibility that the person you just challenged is a crackshot since gradeschool.
