though i considered faking it earlier, and not telling anyone where i went, and showing up several years from now...

i thought of a great little business idea... and it made me hungry. it involved my I. Mr. Povised food item this evening; a steak wrap. made with chopped up tasty medium rare left over steak, bbq sauce, bbq lays chips, and a tortilla. The texture, flavor, so good! that and an idea for a cooking device where a well seasoned steak of cheap meat could be cooked to perfection with ease and quickness.

thus making a drive-thru steak stop. no one else could top it, throw in dumplings and you have a food-service for the higher end of town.

it would be so easy!
