i've been trying to find pictures of some insects i've seen in the past.
Now, as far as stories go, i know they're only as good as any proof or collaboration. Unfortunately for me, already being amidst lunacy and lala haha funnyness, i assume it would be hard to beleive me. whatever.
i just remember as a kid, hanging out with my friend (Then only friend, lol) matt humphrey. his mom had a sewing house behind their main house, in cocoa. I recall a few locust, that appeared now n again, i was used to them after a while, that were crazy huge. nobody else seemed to mind, or notice perhaps. I remember them being large, as in about 1/3 the size of the cat matt had. the cat used to swat at them and there'd be large massacred parts of locust around. I think they were locust, they were large, yellow, and looked like grasshoppers. I called em grasshoppers til someone i told this story years later to told me they must've been locust.
but since then, i haven't been able to find any pictures of anyone else seeing huge 10" long locust. wack.
and another example would be the apartments i lived at on the side of the river, next to pineda. there were a few humongous dragonfly's that lived (or at least repeatedly visited) the garage next to my downstairs efficiency. That were enormous, almost a foot long as well. I loved em, i thought they were beautiful! I remember the low blapping of their wings, odd because i was used to it being a higher buzz instead of an almost silent whirr with the occasional flap like waving plastic.
big insects seemed to be around, much larger than normal, on occasion. i thought it was cool.
aren't insects, or at least some, like some lizards, keep growing for as long as they're alive?
wack.
doo da doo. well, seems like donald's stuck in mathemagic land. better go do something about it.
