Soil + PIC Tutorial = Enjoyable Evening

Ahhh, nothing like hardrock to drown out whiny baby sounds and help me concentrate on this PIC assembly language programming tutorial, which is easy enough to follow, thankfully to my past programming experience.

I did something today. I just edited it for taciturnity's sake. Its a new thing im doing, only explaining the outward activities i participate in and keeping the thoughts n thinks that go through my noggin to myself. Follow? This i think i can write because its a physical restraint, an outward commodity of taciturnity. Besides, that word is the best one i found to explain what i think it means. lol!

So i'm teaching myself assembler, which is easy because its only 35 commands after all. (at least for my PIC at any rate.)

Now to come up with how to program input from a bend sensor to mean move this servo so much.

(delta)X = (delta)y, right? I seem to remember delta (lil triangle bit from those lovely old greeks) means "a change in" so a change in X(input) would mean a change in Y (output, in this case, and not a transubstantiary question). I'm going to keep reading to see what the rest of the commands are...(im still in the middle of reading as i write this.) It all depends really, theres a hundred different ways to write a math equation, depending on what bits you are going to use. 5*5 = 25 is a lot shorter to write that 5+5+5+5+5 = 25, but they get to the same answer, you see? Of course you do!

ok ill be back. Im at 7 out of 35 commands so far.
